1. The Competition is open to everyone!

2. Candidates are presented in alphabetical order. However, the Competition Management reserves the right to change this order.

3. Candidates must arrive at least one hour before their performance.

4. Finalists must attend the awards ceremony.

5. Finalists must wear concert attire during the final.

6. The works are performed from memory.

7. The candidate decides the order of his performance.

8. The candidates' programme cannot be modified after the closing date for registration in the Competition.

9. Teachers may not stand near their students during their performance.

10. If a candidate has been a student of a member of the Jury, the latter cannot judge the candidate.

11. All events are open to the public. An entrance fee may be charged.

12. The public is prohibited from taking photographs or filming during the performances. The Competition Management reserves all rights to photograph, record or broadcast all Competition sessions.

13. The Competition Management cannot be held responsible for any physical or material damage that may result from participation in or attendance at the Competition.

14. The Competition Management has the final say on anything not expressly provided for in these rules. The decisions of the Competition Management and the Jury are final.
